QUARANTINE DIY: 4 At-Home Face Masks That Will Change Your Skin

Fortunately, there is an easier alternative that happens to be all-natural and pocket-friendly with ingredients that can be easily found in your home. Tomato Mask


  • Brightens skin 
  • Reduces risk of sunburn 
  • Fights acne-causing bacteria 
  • Anti-ageing properties 


  • Medium-sized tomato
  • 2 tablespoons of milk

After pouring the milk into a bowl, simply cut the tomato in half. Dip half of the tomato into the bowl then apply directly to your face. Let this layer dry. After the first layer has dried, take the second half of the tomato and repeat. Rinse off in the morning, and see the results!

Oats n’ Honey Mask


  • Eliminates dead skin cells
  • Reduces inflammation
  • Unclogs pores and removes excess sebum 
  • Excellent exfoliant 


  • 1 tablespoon of natural oats 
  • 1 tablespoon of honey 

Mix the honey and the oats into a bowl and allow the oats to soften for five minutes. Once the oats have softened, mix it further to create a smooth paste consistency. Apply the mixture on the skin and leave it on overnight to wake up to moisturized skin!

Turmeric and Milk Mask


  • Evens skin tone 
  • Reduces acne scarring
  • Combats eczema and psoriasis 
  • Antibacterial and antimicrobial

  • 6 teaspoons of milk 

Combine turmeric and milk into a thin paste and apply it to the skin. Let the mixture dry and leave it on overnight for the best results!

Egg White Mask


  • Tightens the skin
  • Eliminates blackheads
  • Evens tone and removes excess dirt and oil 
  • Reduces undereye puffiness 


  • 1 egg white

Take the egg white and apply it evenly to your face. Let it sit on the skin overnight and rinse off in the morning. Use three times a week to see noticeable results!
