The COVID-19 lockdown has made many of us eager for the day when travel restrictions are lifted and we can (safely) hop on a plane and enjoy the hot weather–and not in our backyard! Well, we are one step closer to living our best beach life as all Sandals and Beaches Resorts are reopening–vacay shopping anyone!?
Opening Dates
Sandals Resorts (featuring their Platinum Protocols of Cleanliness) have re-opened their doors at the following locations:
Antigua; Montego Bay; Royal Caribbean; Emerald Bay (July 7); Grande St. Lucian (July 7); Negril (July 9), and Regency La Toc (July 14). Later in the year, Sandals Ochi, South Coast, and Royal Plantation will be open as of September 3, October 1, and October 8, 2020 (respectively), and on November 1, the Royal Bahamian and Halcyon Beach will also be reopening.
As for Sandals Grenada, Sandals Barbados and Royal Barbados, keep checking in as these resorts will be announcing their reopening dates soon.

Beaches Resorts have also opened their Negril and Turks and Caicos locations, with Ocho Rios, set to open October 8, 2020. For added comfort and most importantly, safety, guests arriving at Beaches Negril from now till August 1, will enjoy a luxurious and more expansive airport transfer (at a max of 50% capacity).
As an additional incentive, both Sandals and Beaches Resorts are offering a $500 Instant Booking Bonus when you book by August 1, 2020.
So get your sunscreen, bathing suit and summer body ready (that we all know we already have) and start packing for paradise!
Summer sun here we come! But make it socially-distant.
